When your recovery reaches a place where you have given up toxic relationships, given up loving an available person, found a spiritual source of love, and learned to love yourself, then it may be time to start over. How to Stop Looking for Someone Perfect and Find Someone to Love, by Judith Sills.

From Fear to Love, by Ray and Nancy Kane.

He's Just Not That Into You: Your Daily Wake-Up Call, by Greg Behrendt & Liz Tuccillo. This handy little book has 273 daily tips and words of wisdom for female love addicts. It may help you stop fantasizing and face reality.

I have read "He's just not that into you" and a good one called "Why Men Love B-----s" They both have a powerful message of Self Love and self esteem, But I am left wondering if there really is such a thing as an Avoidant? According to these books." He's just not that into you'!!!! Help, Im so confused and also blaming myself for the my last relationship ending. Susan what do you think?
